Is there a preferred online editor to do this with a Mac? Don't really want to buy a program for just two weeks use. I use Photoshop Elements on my own computer. I occasionally need to use layers/add text to a graphic. Or is there a better program already on the Mac?Īs seppoj said, Photos. She has Picasa on her Mac so I'll be able to do basic editing. Grab will sit in the dock after you've used it in case you want it again. You'll then see the Grab menu top left - the "Capture" menu will be of interest. No, you can start it like any other program: via Launchpad, via double-click in Finder, or type Grab in Spotlight and press "Enter" (click the little magnifying glass icon top right of the screen and type in the pop-up window). I use Windows snipping tool and think the Mac equivalent is Grab tool - Is using Command+Shift+4 or Command+Shift+3 the only way to get it to work?
